What is the BPW 3D Pivot Eye Bush Fitting Tool?
A professional fitting tool designed to press-fit the 3D pivot (eye) bush used in BPW axle systems into the trailing arm precisely and without damage. OEM No 9900000969 (BPW 99.00.000.9.69). The 3D bush is installed centered together with two plastic plates on either side, two washers and a nut.
How to Use
- Position the 3D pivot bush against the seat in the trailing arm.
- Fit the plastic pressing plates on both sides of the bush, with washers and the nut on the draw bolt.
- Tighten the nut in a controlled manner to press the bush centered into its seat without damage.
- Remove the plates once installation is complete; the bush is fully seated.
